After years of running IT teams and watching the same tools fail in the same ways, the question kept coming back: why are these things still separate?

The monitoring tool didn't talk to the backup tool. The backup tool didn't know about the AI assistant. The AI assistant didn't have access to either. Every problem became three tickets in three different systems, and the people who paid for the friction were the customers waiting on a fix.

NeuroBitt started as a simple bet: that a single team, building a single platform, with a single security model and a single account model, could deliver more for an IT organization than any combination of point tools — and could do it without the bloat and price tag of a legacy enterprise stack.

NeuroRMM is the first piece of that platform, available today. NeuroBott and NeuroFile are next. The whole thing is being built in public, by a small team that answers their own support tickets — and you can follow along on the changelog.

Our values

How we make decisions.

Build the connected thing

Every feature gets weighed against the same question: does this make the suite more coherent, or are we just bolting something on? Coherence wins.

Be honest about the stage

We're building, shipping, and learning. We'd rather tell you what we don't have yet than oversell what we do — and our roadmap is something you can actually see.

Earn trust slowly

Trust is a deposit account, not a sales motion. We protect your data, document our decisions, and assume you'll judge us by what we do, not what we promise.

Make the boring parts good

Audit logs. Backup verification. Onboarding flows. The unglamorous parts of software are usually the ones that decide whether you actually keep using it.
